MARKET UMBRELLA WARRANTY

DAYVA INTERNATIONAL WARRANTIES IT’S MARKET UMBRELLAS TO BE FREE FROM MANUFACTURING AND WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR. DAYVA’S MARKET UMBRELLA WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE TO THE UMBRELLA FRAME CREATED BY ABUSE, MISUSE, WIND, ACCIDENT OR MODIFICATIONS. OUR WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. RIPPED, BROKEN OR DAMAGED PARTS MUST BE REPORTED TO DAYVA WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE. DAYVA INTERNATIONAL, SUBJECT TO INSPECTION, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT. DAYVA’S WARRANTY ON THE UMBRELLA FABRIC IS DEPENDENT ON THE TYPE OF FABRIC PURCHASED. 1 YEAR FOR OLEFIN FABRICS AND 3 YEARS FOR SUNBRELLA® FABRICS REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE AVAILABLE ON ALL OF DAYVA UMBRELLAS.

HEATER WARRANTY

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY–DAYVA INTERNATIONAL, INC., EXTENDS A ONE-YEAR WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT. IF THIS PRODUCT FAILS TO OPERATE BECAUSE OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, THE DEFECTIVE PART WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT DAYVA INTERNATIONAL, INC.’S OPTION. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DEFECTS CAUSED BY ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE, IMPROPER HANDLING, INSTALLATION, MODIFICATION, OR IMPROPER CONNECTION TO GAS SOURCE, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.

PROTECTIVE COVER WARRANTY

DAYVA PROTECTIVE COVERS HAVE A ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. DAYVA WARRANTS OUR PROTECTIVE COVERS OF MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS, VISIBLE AT TIME OF PURCHASE. THE WARRANTY ALSO COVERS THE MATERIAL AGAINST CRACKING OR DISINTEGRATING FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF RETAIL SALE.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

IF YOU FIND A DAYVA PRODUCT DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, PLEASE CONTACT DAYVA INTERNATIONAL–WARRANTY DEPARTMENT AT 714-842-9697. AFTER DETERMINING THE DEFECTIVE PART OR PRODUCT WITH OUR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT, AN RA# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) WILL BE ISSUED. WHEN RETURNING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, THE PROOF OF PURCHASE OR RETAIL SALES SLIP MUST ACCOMPANY THE PRODUCT AS PROOF OF SALE DATE. ALL RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER/CONSUMER. THE RA# MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN PACKAGING. ALL ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RA# WILL BE REFUSED. DAYVA INTERNATIONAL SHALL PAY FREIGHT COSTS TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE TO THE CUSTOMER/ CONSUMER. DAYVA INTERNATIONAL, SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF THE DEFECTS, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT. THIS FACTORY WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO DAYVA INTERNATIONAL. CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS BEFORE ACCEPTING GOODS FROM CARRIER. DAYVA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OCCURRED DURING SHIPMENT. PLEASE SEE THE PRICE LIST "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" FOR MORE INFORMATION."
