Company Purchase Orders (OAC)
During the checkout process, select Purchase Order and fill in your purchase order number. For Purchase Orders to be processed, credit terms must be established. Please fax, email or mail your purchase order and we will match it to your online order and process immediately.

Company Checks
During the checkout process, select Check. DayvaContract.com only accepts verified Company Checks. Please mail your check and reference your Order ID# on the memo line. Once your Company Check has been received, we will process your order immediately.

Negotiated Terms
DayvaContract.com offers flexible terms on approved credit. To establish credit, please fax, email or mail your preprinted credit application or download the DayvaContract.com Credit Application. Once we have received your completed Credit Application, we will verify your company's credit history and notify you of your credit status within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on our credit evaluation, your company will be given credit length of terms (Net xx) and a credit limit. Please note that no pending orders will be processed until credit has been established.
